Is Zimbabwe now Africa's paradise?

You can hurry up to Zim with your few US Dollars, don't change the money in the bank. We have formalised the black market which can offer you the rightful rate that looks into consideration the the hyper inflation which is at 4500%. You then need a trolley to carry your cash to any nearby wholesaler or supermarket in anticipation of a police raid to slash prices. The best place to be was Makro wholesalers this week. One could get away with a 21 inch television set for 30US dollars. God bless Africa.

University of Zimbabwe now a Pig Pan

Iwent to the University of Zimbabwe yesterday to check on the falling standards of living there. Its was a sad scenario judging from the fact that the institution was once the 'A' class of most of universities in the continent. The pics show (bottom) the furniture in one of the residential halls common room and (top), a blocked toilet. Students now resort to bush toilets.
